BOSeTamper 58.5mm Tamping Plate

Designed to expand the tamping customization of the BOSeTamper, these 58.5mm stainless steel tamping plates can swapped out to replace the stock flat plate that's included by default.

Convex

The Convex plate trades out the flat base for a gently convex shape that tamps deeper in the center of the puck with the outer edges slightly elevated. This can help to counteract channeling along the outside edge of the puck by introducing greater resistance.

Ripple

The Ripple plate introduces a set of seven concentric circles to the puck that serve as a means to more evenly distribute water across the surface of the puck of espresso to help eliminate channeling and ensure a more even extraction.
