At Whole Latte Love, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most coffee equipment and accessories. If your machine isn't the perfect blend for your kitchen, we are here to help you find the right fit or process a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely pack your item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure safe transit.
- 3.Ship Your Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
