Please Note: The cone has a maximum capacity of 350g of water. Brewista suggests 20g of ground coffee for a a standard extraction.

The Brewista Smart Brew Porcelain Cone Steeping Filter is a versatile pour-over and infusion brewer that allows you to prepare both traditional pour-over coffee and immersion coffee as well. Made from porcelain, the cone features a ribbed internal design that encourages water flow and a silicone stopper valve at the base of the dripper.

With the valve open, the cone can be used for traditional pour-over brewing with water simply flowing through the grounds and into your vessel. By closing the valve you can use the cone for immersion brewing by allowing the coffee to steep for as long as you prefer. This flexibility allows for experimentation with multiple grind sizes and infusion times.
