The Story

Fellow Shimmy Coffee Sieve Overview

Using a Fellow Shimmy Coffee Sieve sifts out inconsistent grounds and fines that are produced by the grinding process. Anything under 200 microns is sifted out, leaving more uniform large grinds optimal when brewing for pour over or French press. The resulting coffee will have a heightened clarity and a more even extraction thanks to the elimination of extra fine grounds that would over extract and slow down the brewing process.

Designed after a cocktail shaker, the coffee sleeve requires only a flick of the wrist to work for users who like their grounds shaken, not stirred.
