The stainless steel shower holding plate is an easy upgrade to the Gaggia Classic and Classic Pro espresso machines. Designed to replace the stock aluminum plate, the stainless steel offers greater resistance to corrosion and considerable thermal mass to help maintain heat while brewing. At 203g, the stainless steel plate is more than twice as heavy as the aluminum and can be easily installed in place of the standard plate.
Please Note: As of 2021 the Gaggia Classic Pro comes stock with a stainless steel holding plate.
Compatible with the Gaggia Classic and Classic Pro (inc. Evo and E24) Espresso Machines Also fits Gaggia Espresso (Not Gaggia Espresso Evolution!), Gaggia Espresso DeLuxe, Gaggia Evolution (Not Espresso Evolution!), Gaggia New Baby, and Gaggia Carezza (Old Model, Not 2016 or newer Gaggia Carezza DeLuxe!). Does not come with fastening screws or shower screen.
