Rechristened as the Mozzafiato FAST, this machine is ready to brew and steam in as little as 15 minutes. Features and Benefits

The Mozzafiato FAST R brews and steams with an insulated 1.8L heat exchanger copper boiler with PID regulation. Simultaneous brewing and steaming are possible on the Mozzafiato with an adjustable temperature range of 244 - 253° F. The steam and hot water valves are velvety smooth and the overall steaming performance on the machine is quite impressive thanks to the copper boiler. Brewing makes use of a near silent rotary pump which also enables the machine to be connected directly to a home water supply for unlimited water.

When brewing, the discreet PID display doubles as a shot timer and also allows you to program several additional settings including boiler temperature, toggling eco mode on or off, switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit and selecting between reservoir or water line operation.
